IDENTITY OF THE SELLER

These terms and conditions of sale are entered into by C2V Distribution SPRL, whose registered office is located at Chaussée d'Alsemberg 760, 1180 Bruxelles, Belgique (VAT BE 0630827523), referred to as the "Seller".

PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE

These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.suki-market.com. The purchase of a good implies unreserved acceptance by the Buyer.

PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale on the website are collectible figurines, blind boxes, art toys and plush toys. The Seller endeavours to present the characteristics of the products as faithfully as possible. Photographs are not contractual and cannot engage the Seller's liability. Blind boxes are items whose exact content is random; the Buyer is informed of this at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY AND RESERVATIONS

Products are delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order. In the event of non-receipt attributable to the recipient (incorrect address), reshipping costs are borne by the Buyer. For more details, see our Fast Delivery page.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI), the Buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty. The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and unopened. Return costs are borne by the Buyer.

Opened Blind Boxes cannot be returned, in accordance with Article VI.53, 5° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of protection of collectible value, once the seal has been removed after delivery).

WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

The Seller is not the producer of the products within the meaning of the law. In accordance with Belgian legislation, all products benefit from the 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery. Figurines and collectible items must be kept under normal conditions of use. Defects resulting from improper handling or non-compliant use are not covered by the warranty.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Tribunal de commerce de Bruxelles (Brussels Commercial Court). The Buyer may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
