In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

Mandatory conditions: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened (sealed), in perfect resalable condition.

💶 Return costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a preparation error on our part.

Full refund (price + standard shipping costs) within 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.

🚫 IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS

Warning: In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened Blind Boxes whose contents have been revealed.

The product must be returned with its plastic film or seal intact.
